Il programma del convegno e-Business and e-Work Conference and Exhibition The Future Centre, Venice, Italy 17-19 October 2001 , preceduto da una breve presentazione di L. Barreca.

Ho il piacere di annunciare che il progetto finanziato dalla comunità europea sull'arbitrato via internet "E-Arbitration", di cui sono partner in rappresentanza della camera arbitrale e di conciliazione di Catania, sarà presentato nei lavori della e-business and e-work conference and exibition che si terrà a Venezia il prossimo 17-19 ottobre 2001.

Essendo il partner legale italiano del progetto, mi hanno incaricato di presentare la relazione della presentazione del progetto,  insieme al partner francese della Tiga Technologies (che si occupa della parte informatica).

 

La particolarità di questi lavori, come già accadutomi  a Bruxelles di recente, sta nella contemporaneità di più sessioni di lavoro, con un auditorio più ristretto e limitato, ma fortemente motivato ed interessato.

Il convegno infatti, si svolge come se ci si trovasse in un grande cinema multisala, con ben 8 spettacoli diversi trasmessi  in contemporanea

In questo modo, si lavora con grande attenzione e contemporaneamente in ben 8 sessioni (su aree tematiche diverse e specifiche, anche se tutte riconducibili al tema generale), e ciò consente un grande approfondimento delle tematiche settoriali (che sarebbe invece del tutto irrealizzabile in convegni tradizionali che affrontino così vaste tematiche).

 

I partecipanti inoltre, non essendo generalmente più di 30-40 per sessione, sono profondamente coinvolti nelle discussioni.
