CONAPOXY® AD-10

CONAPOXY® AD-10 is a unique single component epoxy that may be used as a structural adhesive or miniature electronic potting compound. The heat-cure formulation was designed for rapid cure at temperatures as low as 200ºF, yet it exhibits good storage life at room temperature. Good dielectric properties and thermal stability make this epoxy ideal for electrical applications up to 150ºC.

CONAP® AD-1146 and AD-1147 are high strength adhesives for bonding liquid urethanes to various substrates during the curing process. These systems are a stable solution of polymers in a solvent blend which requires heat to effect cure. An extensive evaluation program has shown AD-1146 and AD-1147 to be capable of bonding an exceptional variety of inorganic and organic materials together. Bonds to aluminum alloys, magnesium, iron, steel, glass, glass-fiber laminates, wood, and leather have high strength and excellent resistance to hydrolysis and environmental extremes. CONAP® AD-1146-C and AD-1147-C are based on the same formulation as CONAP® AD-1146, with lower solids content and lower viscosity. They too offer exceptional peal strength values, however, AD-1146-C and AD-1147-C require two coats for optimum strength.

CONAP® AD-1161

CONAP®AD-1161 is a single component primer formulated for use in
bonding polyurethanes to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) during the process of curing
the polyurethane. It is primarily intended for use with polyurethane systems that
meet the requirements of MIL-M-24041, MIL-P-46076A,and MSFC-SPEC-292A. Peel strengths
of 30 pounds per inch of width are obtained consistently with CONATHANE®EN-1554
and CONATHANE®EN-1556.

EASYPOXY® K-45 is a 100% solids, two-component, paste adhesive, mixed at a 1 to 1 ratio by weight or by volume and offers a quick set time of 4-6 minutes at room temperature. K-45 is designed for bonding steel, aluminum, glass, wood, cork, fabrics, ceramics, and most hard plastics. Electrical insulation properties of K-45 are good and it has good optical clarity in thin bond lines.

EASYPOXY® K-230

EASYPOXY® K-230 Optically Clear Kit is a two-component, 100% solids system, which is used in thin films to bond glass. This adhesive is recommended for bonding substrates with widely different coefficients of expansion because of its cured resiliency. This same resiliency favors bonding elastomeric to rigid substrates. Its neutral color is an advantage where the bond line should not be noticeable.
