CYTEC TO ADJUST PRICING FOR PHOSPHINE AND PHOSPHOROUS SPECIALTIES PRODUCTS

West Paterson, NJ, December 21, 2007 ― Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announced today the implementation of a global price increase ranging from 7 to 12% across the Phosphine and Phosphorus Specialties product lines. This adjustment is being implemented as a result of continued increase of raw material, energy and transportation costs.
