EBECRYL™ 8232 Improves the Abrasion Resistance of Parquet Flooring

Shanghai, China, November 9th 2010 – The new EBECRYL™ 8232 aromatic urethane acrylate developed by Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) increases the abrasion resistance of parquet flooring.

Mr. Philippe Vanvolsum, Global Marketing Manager, said, “EBECRYL™ 8232, designed for Grit feeder applications, is an effective sealer that makes parquet flooring last longer.” He added, “This new generation resin brings abrasion resistance to a higher level compared to standard resins used today in the market place and also shows good reactivity.”
