Cytec Announces Price Increases on its CYMEL® Product
Line
in the Americas
Woodland Park, NJ – November 1, 2012 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers a price increase for its CYMEL® Resins sold in the Americas.
The off-list prices of all CYMEL® products will be increased up to $0.14/lb. The adjustment will be effective for all shipments as of December 1, 2012, or as contract terms permit, and is in addition to any previously announced price adjustment.
Cytec is committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers, however a price increase is necessary to compensate for the increases in feed stock and raw material costs.
