Cytec Announces Price Increases on its UV/EB Curable Resins Product Range in
Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – October 29th, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers that it is increasing the selling prices of its entire range of urethane acrylate oligomers in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of November 15st, 2010, or as contracts allow. It will range between 5% to 15%, depending on the grade.

Cytec remains committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers. However, this price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials.
