Cytec Adds to Its Growing Range
of UV and Water-borne Products at CHINACOAT
Shanghai, China, October 24th, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT) will introduce a range of UV (Ultra violet) and
water-borne products at CHINACOAT to be held in Shanghai on 23rd
to 25th November 2011.
Cytec will feature the following products at CHINACOAT :

EBECRYL™ 571 UV
(Ultra violet) curable resin for flexographic narrow web
printed shrink sleeve application. It exhibits good pigment
wetting properties and adhesion on plastics, high
flexibility, good printability with wrinkle resistance.

DAOTAN™
TW7000/40WA water-borne solvent free polyurethane dispersion
for demanding industrial plastic coatings. It provides high
chemical resistance, hardness and flexibility. In addition,
its perfect adhesion to plastic substrates eliminates the
adhesion primer and its associated costs.

UCECOAT™ 7733
water-borne UV curable aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for
white pigmented or clear finishes on wood and PVC resilient
flooring. It is Xi-free and offers good compatibility, ease
of formulation including high stain and scratch resistance.

RESYDROL™
6150/45WA low VOC (<100g/l volatile organic compound) core
shell alkyd emulsion is designed for 1K air-drying systems
to provide high gloss, fast drying, corrosion resistance and
weathering. It is well-suited for primers, topcoats and
monocoats for industrial and medium duty coating systems.

ADDITOL™
LED01resin for clear and pigmented coatings curable with UV
LED lights. This technology opens the way to accelerated
surface cure, and thus enables higher line speeds. It is
ideally suited for low energy curing systems.

EBECRYL™ 8215
aliphatic urethane acrylate, for vacuum metallization
topcoat, is easy to formulate with transparent pigments. It
provides good adhesion, flow and leveling; and boiling water
resistance in coloured systems.
