Cytec Announces Price Increases on Amino Crosslinking Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – October 21, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers that it is increasing the selling prices of its entire range of CYMEL^® and CYREZ^® amino crosslinking resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of November 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow. It will range between EUR 0.10/kg and EUR 0.15/kg, depending on the grade.

This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials.
