Cytec Declares Quarterly Dividend

West Paterson, New Jersey,  Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announced today that the company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the common stock of the company, payable on November 27, 2006 to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2006.
