Cytec Expands Supply Capacity of CYASORB® Light Stabilizer in North America and Asia Pacific

Woodland Park, October 16th, 2012 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announced the completion of the capacity expansions at two manufacturing sites for CYASORB® light stabilizers. In North America, the manufacturing expansions in Willow Island, West Virginia, offers additional capacity to support the global growth of polymeric HALS, CYASORB THT® and CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS® stabilizers.

In Asia Pacific, the new production line located in Fengxian, Shanghai, China, enables faster and more efficient supply of high performance UV stabilizers for Automotive TPO, including monomeric HALS and CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS™ V703 stabilizer.
