Cytec Announces Price Increase
for Specialty Coating Resins in The Americas
Woodland Park, NJ – October 4, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE: CYT), and its affiliated companies, today announce a
selling price increase on Liquid Coating Resins and Additives
manufactured and/or sold in the Americas. The increase will
include the following products and will be effective for
shipments on or after October 30, 2011 or as contracts allow.

compensate for the increase in raw material costs.
