Cytec to Present
Multiple Papers and Exhibit at ISEC 2011
Woodland Park, NJ – September 28, 2011 – Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE: CYT) announced today that it will present a variety of
papers on a variety of breakthrough mining metal extraction
technologies at the upcoming International Solvent Extraction
Conference in Santiago, Chile.
The company will present the following papers:

“An alternative
formulation for SX industrial operations concerned with
nitration”, will be presented by Mauricio Morales

“Design
optimization of a CYANEX® 272 solvent extraction circuit”,
will be presented
by Cyril Bourget

“Recovery of
molybdenum from copper leach solutions by solvent
extraction”, will be
presented by Violina Cocalia
Also, Cytec
collaborated with the University of Edinburgh to co-write the
following papers that will be presented:

“Outer‐sphere
ligands as chlorozincate extractants”
-
“Outer sphere
interactions in copper complexes of salicylaldehyde
hydrazone Extractants”
-
“Diffusion‐NMR
elucidation of modifier‐oxime interactions”
ISEC will be taking
