Cytec Announces Price Increases on its
UV/EB Curable Resins Product Range in
Europe, Middle East and Africa
Brussels - September 10th,
2012 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated
companies, announced today to its customers a price increase for
its Energy Curable Acrylated resins sold in Europe, Middle East
and Africa.
The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of
October 1st, 2012, or as contracts allow. This price increase
will range from 3 to 5 % depending on the product family.
This adjustment is in addition to any previously applied price
increases.
Cytec remains committed to servicing and delivering value to its
customers. However, this price increase is necessary to
compensate for the continued escalation of raw material costs.
