Cytec Unveils New Low
Temperature Cure Polyester Resins For Outdoor Powder Coating
Applications
Shanghai, China, September 6th, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT) will introduce its new low temperature cure (LTC)
polyester resins that provide a broad range of outdoor
applications for the industrial and architectural segments. Ms

(TS&D)Manager, Powder Coating Resins (PCR) - Asia Pacific and Mr
Alex Xia, TS&D Engineer, PCR - China, will introduce these new
resins at the annual conference of China Powder Coating and
Finishing Association to be held from 25th - 27th September 2010
in Guangzhou, PR China.
Cytec’s new CRYLCOAT™ E 04155 LTC polyester resin is cured at
150°C for 15 minutes - a sharp temperature reduction that
conserves energy to make it attractively affordable whilst
lessening its ecological footprint. The resultant coating is
smooth with good outdoor durability and flexibility. CRYLCOAT™ E
04307 LTC polyester resin is specially suited for architectural
use. It cures at 160°C for 10 minutes: an advantageous curing
compromise for a glossy and smooth coating with good flexibility
and excellent weathering resistance.
