Cytec Promotes New CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS^® Stabilizer at ROTOMOULD 2010

Woodland Park, N.J.- June 24, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) highlighted its expanded range of CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS^® stabilizers for rotomolded applications at the Association of Rotational Moulders Australasia Meeting in Queenstown, New Zealand June 20th- June 23rd.

The demand for rotomolded plastics with improved properties and enhanced durability is growing, and Cytec Polymer Additives is expanding its family of performance products to meet the rotomolding industry’s needs. CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS^® R350 stabilizer, the latest addition to Cytec’s offerings for rotomolding, is designed for use in Polypropylene based resins. “The market is looking for new materials to complement the properties afforded by polyethylene. R350 is a specialty additive that will enable broader use of Polypropylene in rotomolding by providing excellent color and stability on processing and long UV service life.” said Mr. Domenico Romanino, Global Business Director, Polymer Additives.
