Cytec Conducts Successful Seminars
with Fumigation Customers in Turkey
Woodland Park, NJ – June 20, 2013 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE: CYT) is actively promoting its phosphine-based fumigation
technology and application expertise with various customers in
Turkey. Cytec is educating them on the benefits of its
ready-to-use, non-flammable phosphine fumigant gas ECO2FUMEŽ.
As a recently registered product in Turkey, ECO2FUMEŽ is
proven as a superior drop-in solution to replace Methyl Bromide,
a substance banned under the Montreal Protocol.
Representatives from flour mill companies, dried fruit and
tobacco storage companies, fumigation companies, and rice and
wheat traders attended the seminars held in Tekirdag, Aydin, and
Izmir. Cytec is planning two more seminars in Samsun and
Mersin in July.

collaborate with key participants in the agricultural fumigation

as how to safely and effectively handle this product, allows
