Cytec Announces Price Increases
on its UV/EB Curable Resins Product Range in Europe, Middle East
and Africa
Brussels, June 10, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and
its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers the
implementation of a price increase for its entire range of UV/EB
Curable Resins sold in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of
July 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow. It will range
for most resins from 5% to 15% and will primarily apply to the
following product groups:
Cytec is committed

increases.
