CYTEC ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE
FOR PTZ® PHENOTHIAZINE PRODUCTS.
West Paterson, NJ - June 3, 2008 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:
CYT) announced today a global price increase for PTZ
Phenothiazine of up to 20%. This has become necessary due to
continued escalation of raw material and freight costs.
Cytec is a leading producer of phenothiazine, which is an
acrylic stabilizer, used in the production of acrylic acids,
acrylic esters, and methyl methacrylate monomer.
