CYTEC ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE
FOR AEROSOLŪ SURFACTANT PRODUCTS
West Paterson, NJ - June 3, 2008 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:
CYT) announced today a global price increase of up to 20% for
its AEROSOL Surfactants products. This adjustment is being
implemented due to sustained pricing pressures on the global
supply chain including raw material and freight costs.
Cytec is a leading producer of sulphosuccinate surfactants which
are used in the emulsion polymer, paints, inks, adhesives and
various other markets.
