Resins Approved by Swiss Ordinance List and Receives Good
Manufacturing Practice Certification
Woodland Park, NJ – May 19, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT), a technology leader in UV/EB curable resins and
additives, announced today that all their EBECRYLŽ LEO Resins
have been placed on the Swiss Ordinance List. The legislation
provides a list of substances that can be used in food packaging
inks.
In addition, these products received the Good Manufacturing
Practice Certification. As part of this certification, Cytec’s
plant has been successfully audited by some of its major
customers. The products have been toxicology assessed and the
company provides statements of conformity.
