Cytec Announces Price Increase on Amino Crosslinking Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – 10th May, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers that it is increasing the selling prices of its Butylated CYMEL® amino crosslinking resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Depending on the grade the price will be increased up to 5% and will be applicable on all shipments as of 1st June 2011, or as contracts allow.

This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials.
