Featuring Cytec’s CYASORB
CYNERGY SOLUTIONS™ L143-50X and V703 Stabilizers at Chinaplas

AShanghai, P.R. China, April 27th 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc.,
(NYSE:CYT) seeks to bring its advanced technologies in Polymer
Additives to its customers in China with 2 of their latest ultra
violet (UV) stabilizers, the CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS™ V703 and
L143-50X stabilizers during Chinaplas 2011 in Guangzhou on 17-20
May 2011.
CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS™ L143-50X stabilizer does not require
any premix set-up, thus the formulation process is simpler and
operation costs are lower yet its performance in color
stability, gloss and surface protection is superior. It is
ideally suited for both 1K , 2K, clear and topcoat applications
that demand high UV stabilization performance.
CYASORB CYNERGY SOLUTIONS™ V703 provides enhanced UV protection
to plastics for car interior and exterior parts. This stabilizer
has low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) of EG (µgC/g) < 8.0,
which is 15% lower than most systems currently in use. It
minimizes fogging in automotive TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin) and
improves the UV durability of soft touch TPO in automotive
interiors.
