Cytec Announces Price Increase
for Energy Curable Products in the Americas
Woodland Park, NJ – April 27, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE: CYT), and its affiliated companies, today announce a
selling price increase on all Energy Curable Monomers, Oligomers,
and VANCRYLŽ acrylic resins, solutions and emulsions sold in the
Americas. The increase by product family is summarized below and
will be effective for shipments on or after May 23, 2011 or as
contracts allow.

Acrylated Monomers
pricing will increase $0.16/lb to $0.24/lb.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomer
pricing will increase $0.12/lb to $0.20/lb.

All other Oligomers
pricing will increase $0.10/lb up to $0.20/lb.

VANCRYLŽ acrylic
resins, solutions and emulsions pricing will increase
$0.06/lb up to $0.08/lb
Cytec is committed

raw material costs.
