Cytec Announces Price Increase
for Energy Curable Monomers and Oligomers in the Americas
Woodland Park, NJ – April 9, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:
CYT), and its affiliated companies, today announce a selling
price increase on Energy Curable Monomers and Oligomers sold in
the Americas. The increase will range from 5-10% and will be
effective for shipments on or after May 1, 2010 or as contracts
allow.
Cytec is committed to servicing and delivering value to its
customers, however this price increase is necessary to
compensate for the increase in raw material costs.
