Cytec Announces Price Increases on Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers the Americas

Woodland Park, NJ, March 24, 2010 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announces today an increase in the selling prices of its entire range of Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers in the Americas. Cytec is committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers, however this price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase in raw material costs. The increase will be $0.08/lb to $0.12/lb. The new pricing will be effective on shipments made on or after April 19, 2010, or as contracts allow.
