Cytec Announces Price Increases on Liquid Coating Resins in the
Americas
Woodland Park, NJ, March 19, 2010 – Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT) announces today an increase in the selling prices of
its entire range of CYMEL®, CYREZ®, MELMAC®, BECKAMINE® and
UFORMITE® aminoplast resins in the Americas. Cytec is committed
to servicing and delivering value to its customers, however this
price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase in
raw material costs.
The following price increases are applicable for products
shipped on or after April 19, 2010, or as contracts allow.
