Cytec Announces Price Increases on Unsaturated Polyesters in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – 17th March, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers that it is increasing the selling prices of its unsaturated polyester resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

A price increase of EUR 0.13 /kg will be applicable on all shipments as of 4th April 2011, or as contracts allow.

This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials and freight.
