Cytec Announces Price Increases
on PHENODURŪ and ALNOVOLŪ phenolic resins in Europe, Middle East
and Africa
Brussels, March 17, 2010 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT)
announced today to its customers that it is increasing the
prices of its entire range PHENODURŪ and ALNOVOLŪ phenolic
resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of
April 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow. It will be up to EUR
0.15/kg, depending on the grade.
This pricing adjustment is necessary to compensate increasing
raw material prices over the last months.
