Cytec Announces Price Increases
on Liquid Coating Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa
Brussels, March 15, 2010 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT)
announced today to its customers that it is increasing the
prices of its entire range of CYMEL® and CYREZ® amino
cross-linking resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The price increase will be applicable on all shipments as of
April 1st, 2010, or as contracts allow and will be as follows:

This pricing
adjustment is necessary to compensate increasing raw material
prices over the last months.
