Cytec Announces Price Increase on CYLINK^® Formaldehyde Free Crosslinkers in The Americas

Woodland Park, NJ – March 12, 2012 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) and its affiliated companies announced to its customers a selling price increase on its CYLINK^® formaldehyde free crosslinkers sold in North America and Latin America. The increase will be up to US$0.12/lb. It will be effective for shipments on or after April 1, 2012 or as contracts allow.

Cytec is committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers, however this price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase in raw material costs and feed stocks.
