Cytec Announces Price Increases
on its UV/EB Curable Resins Product Range in Europe, Middle East
and Africa
Brussels, March 12, 2010 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT)
announced today to its customers the implementation of a price
increase for its entire range of UV/EB Curable Resins sold in
Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The increase will be:
•
Monomers : +0.20€/kg
• Epoxy acrylates: +0.25€/kg
• Oligomers : +0.20€/kg
The adjustment will
be effective for all shipments as of April 1st, 2010 or as
contract terms permit. It is being implemented due to the
increase in raw material costs including, but not limited to,
acrylic acid and polyols.
Cytec sales representatives will contact their customers with
specific details on this price increase.
