Cytec Announces Price Increases on Powder Coating Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa

West Paterson, NJ, Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announced today that it is increasing the prices of its entire range of CRYLCOAT® powder coating resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The price increase will be applicable on all shipments on or after April 1, 2007, or as contracts allow, and will be between 0.06 and 0.08 EUR/kg, depending upon the grade.

This pricing adjustment is necessary to compensate ongoing cost increases and strong demand in feedstocks.

Cytec remains committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers, while meeting the high demand in the powder coatings market.
