Cytec to Promote Innovative
Fumigation Technologies at GEAPS Exchange EXPO 2012

(NYSE: CYT) will highlight its fumigant technologies and
products at the upcoming 2012 GEAPS Exchange in Minneapolis, MN
March 3rd – March 6th.
Cytec’s fumigant products provide consistent, safe and easily
controlled phosphine concentrations that maximize the protection
of sealed storage facilities from harmful insects and pests. The
company’s innovative technology makes it a global leader in
stored-product protection.
Cytec’s family of cylinderized phosphine products, including
non-flammable ready-to-use ECO2FUME® fumigant gas and
VAPORPH3OS® phosphine fumigant for on-site blending with ambient
air, offer critical performance and safety advantages over
traditional fumigants for food, and non-food applications. These
cost-effective products eliminate direct contact with the
chemical and confined space entry, they generate no waste or
residues, reduce flammability risk and deliver exceptional
dispersion and penetration qualities for a wide range of
commodities. They are easy to use and provide the ability to
quickly achieve precise control of phosphine concentrations
within minutes or hours rather than days. This ability makes
them the only EPA approved phosphine product with a 24-hour
fumigation period. ECO2FUME® and VAPORPH3OS®

alternatives to Methyl Bromide, Aluminum Phosphide, Magnesium
