Cytec Presents Overview of Red Mud Flocculants Used in the Bayer Process at TMS 2011

Woodland Park, NJ – February 14, 2011 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT) will showcase its Alumina Processing chemicals at the TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition, February 27 – March 3rd, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA. Cytec will promote its revolutionary solution MAX HT® 550 sodalite scale inhibitor, which prevents sodalite scales formation and accumulation in liquor heat exchangers and inter-stage piping.

Scott Moffatt., will present a technical paper entitled “Mud Flocculants Used in the Bayer Process” on Tuesday, March 1st at 4:15 pm.
