Cytec Announces Price Increase for Polyester Resins in Asia Pacific

Shanghai, China, February 14th, 2011 – Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers a selling price increase of US$0.15/kg on its entire range of CRYLCOAT™ and ADDITOL™ polyester resins in Asia Pacific. This price increase is effective on all shipments as of 15th February or as contracts allow.

This price increase is necessary to offset the increase in raw material costs. Cytec remains committed to deliver the right level of service and value to its customers.
