Cytec Announces Price Increases on Amino Crosslinking Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels - January 25th, 2013 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers a price increase for its Amino Crosslinking Resins sold in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Depending on the grade and the product family, the price will be increased up to 0.15 €/kg. The increase will be applicable on all shipments as of 1st February 2013, or as contracts allow.

This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials. Cytec remains committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers.
