Cytec Announces Price Increases on Liquid Coating Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – 13th January, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT), and its affiliated companies, announced today to its customers that it is increasing the selling prices of its entire range of liquid coating resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The price increase of EUR 0.20/kg will be applicable on all shipments as of 1st February 2011, or as contracts allow.

This price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase of key raw materials and freight.
