Cytec Announces Price Increase for its UV/EB Curable Resins Product Range in Europe, Middle East and Africa

Brussels – January 4, 2011 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE: CYT), and its affiliated companies, today announce a selling price increase on Monomers and Epoxy Acrylates sold in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The increase will by 0.25€/kg for each family and will be effective for shipments on or after January 31, 2011, or as contracts allow.

Cytec is committed to servicing and delivering value to its customers, however this price increase is necessary to compensate for the increase in raw material costs.
